Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days. Please contact support within 7 days of your order being delivered. If it has been more than 7 days since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or return. If it has been more than 30 days since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
Some products cannot be returned. For example, special discount products, holiday gifts, etc.

Toiletry bags (private products, cannot be resold)
In order to complete the return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your product to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to be credited.

Refunds are only available on regular-priced items. Sorry, no refunds are available on sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the return. We will mail the gift certificate to you after we receive the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver has sent the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the gift giver and the gift giver will be informed of your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
