If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first:

If a shipment is returned due to:
An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Refusal of delivery
Failure to complete customs clearance
Failure to collect the package within the carrier's holding period
Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
